Just before lunch on Day 3 Nicola Schofield, from Merton Park Primary, and Anthony Chesterton, from IBM, came and speak to us about the mentor program. Nicola also kindly gave us an overview of some of the exciting open ended Computing projects.

Digital Literacy (beyond e-Safety) and HTML

On the afternoon of Day 4 we spoke about Digital Literacy and making website using HTML.

We also spoke about unplugged approaches to HTML (and learning code in general). We played this paper game. It works really well if you allow pupils to cut out the code and re-arrange on the page.
